Welcome to another exciting competition season! We are thrilled to begin another year of growth, hard work, and unforgettable memories with our Elite Dance Academy Company families.

As we prepare for an incredible Season 21, we want to share a few important reminders to help ensure every dancer is set up for success.
Company Parent Meeting
Friday, July 31st
We encourage all company families to attend our annual Company Parent Meeting. During this meeting, we'll review important information for the upcoming season, including competition and convention schedules, attire and costume information, fees, Booster Club, Buddy Gifts, communication expectations, and other important company details.
This is a great opportunity to ask questions, meet fellow company families, and ensure everyone is prepared for a successful Season 21.
Silver Week Attendance (Mandatory)
Silver Week is the week leading up to each competition or performance and is mandatory for all company dancers.
This week is one of the most important rehearsal weeks of the season. Our instructors use this time to:
Polish choreography
Clean formations and spacing
Make technique corrections
Build confidence before taking the stage
Because every dancer plays an important role in each routine, attendance at all scheduled classes during Silver Week is required.
Blackout Weekends (Mandatory Rehearsals)
Please reserve the following weekends on your family calendar:
August 14–16
August 21–23
These are mandatory rehearsal weekends for all company members and are designed to prepare our dancers for a successful competition season.
If a dancer is unable to attend one of these rehearsals, private rehearsal sessions with the choreographer will be required at the parent's expense to ensure the dancer is fully prepared and the integrity of the choreography is maintained.
Please note: These rehearsals apply to company group routines only and do not include solos, duos, trios, or specialty routines.
Thank You for Your Commitment
We understand that participating in company requires a significant commitment from both dancers and families, and we are incredibly grateful for your support. Your dedication allows our dancers to perform with confidence, grow as artists, and create the unforgettable experiences that make our company so special.
Here's to another season of hard work, growth, teamwork, and making lifelong memories. We can't wait to see what Season 21 has in store!
