Elite Dance Academy’s
Policies and Procedures
Tuition is based on monthly sessions; payment is due by the 5th of the month. On the 6th of the month, tuition is past due and you will be charged a $20 late fee. Elite Dance Academy accepts personal checks, Discover card, and VI / MC credit/debit cards for payment. Returned check/drafted payments will incur a $25 fee. Payments made with cash need to be the exact amount.
Account balances over 30 days past due will be turned over to collections. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact the director.
New students are required to pay a $40 registration fee at the time of enrollment. $70 per family in the same household.
Returning students are required to pay a $30 registration fee at the time of enrollment. $55 per family in the same household.
Registration, tuition, recital, and costume fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL family accounts are required to have a valid credit card on file. Cards are safely secured with Payments XP.
Official withdrawal forms for withdrawing students must be submitted at the front desk three (3) weeks prior to the tuition due date. If the form is not submitted in time, your account will be charged.
Accounts must be current before the end of the dance season which runs from August to July. If you have an outstanding balance on or after June 5th, your credit card on file will be charged on June 7 and brought current.
Make-up classes for excused absences are available from August through May. Studio closures and holidays are factored into the monthly tuition rates. Tuition is non-refundable and credit is NOT given for missed classes. Tuition does not roll over to the following month.
Elite Dance Academy maintains a strict dress code: “Dress like a dancer, act like a dancer.” Please refer to the dress code for your specific class/es.
Elite Dance Academy has permission to photograph and record dancers for use on our website, social media, yearbooks, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Communication is the key to success! Please remain informed by watching for posted information throughout the studio and reading all e-mails and newsletters.
Annual Registration Fee
Registration fee $35 per dancer.
Monthly Tuition: Hour of Classes Per Week
Discount: 5% off the tuition rate for each additional student in the same household.
(Discounts are applied to the lower tuition and to dance related fees only)
Tuition Payments
Our dance year begins in July and ends in June. The first month’s tuition is due at registration and is non -refundable.
Monthly tuition rates are based on four and 1/3 weeks, holidays and studio closures are factored into this rate. Make-up classes are available for excused absences from July through May, and must be taken within the calendar month. Please contact the front desk to schedule a make-up class.

For your convenience we offer auto-pay, your monthly tuition payments will be automatically deducted from your checking account or debit/credit card on the 1st of each month.
